Les Canards Gras du Cébron

Poultries

Mr. Brilloux raises traditional fattened ducks (corn grain). The transformation is done on the spot in fresh or elaborated products. The farm has a cereal farm, a force-feeding workshop and an on-site processing of fattened ducks. The products from the farm are foie gras, duck meat, cooked products (rillettes, pâtés, confits, dry sausages,...). Sale at the farm: Friday afternoon from 1:30 to 6:30 pm or by appointment. These products are also available at the grocery store in downtown Airvault, Place Saint-Pierre, with local products, fresh, bulk and organic.
