Breeder and slaughterer of fine poultry, we produce our quails from birth to slaughter that we market either whole or processed throughout France and abroad. We work our poultry in a quality process. We control our chain from the breeding stock. We can therefore ensure the traceability of our products from the egg to the consumer. We have selected heavy and well-conformed animals to guarantee you an incomparable quality of meat. We pluck all our animals dry with wax and we finish the plucking manually. This technique allows us to obtain meat with an exceptional quality of presentation, which can be kept for a long time and in excellent conditions Sale at the farm from Tuesday to Friday: 9am/12pm and 2pm/5pm except Wednesday afternoon.
