A small 45-hectare farm founded in 2015, where the workers—Alexis, Amandine, Martial, and Valentin—grow a wide variety of vegetables, raise 150 laying hens and about thirty cows. All produce is organic and sold directly to local customers. Through our practices, we uphold the values of small-scale farming. Weekly produce baskets and vegetable and/or egg subscriptions, beef packages every two months (cows, calves, and beef). On-farm sales every Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
