Brasserie du chat dodu

Craft brewer activity: from brewing to bottling. Cindy Pascher has a weekly production of about 180 bottles of 75 centiliters in her small room. Her small business is called the Brasserie du chat dodu. She does a lot of markets and has a few points of sale in development within a 30 kilometer radius. She has two ranges: a fixed range (blonde, amber, white, IPA India Pale Ale) and a range called Caprices du chat dodu which moves. She likes to change things, to test other styles of beers.
